This is for EMPOWER and EMPOWER family members plus 1 friend. (must be over 16 years old)

We understand that each member has different needs, aspirations and goals. We pride ourselves on our intelligent 9-Pillar Programme which encompasses all of the elements required for a balanced training approach.

What To Wear
Please wear normal training attire that you feel comfortable in – be it shorts, leggings or joggers and vests, t-shirts or jumpers. We believing barefoot training and the endless long-term benefits it passes on to the whole body in and out of the workout, so we don’t wear trainers during the workout. Feel free to wear socks if you like.
Attendance / Timetable
Mondays – 9.15am
Tuesdays – 7.15pm
Wednesdays – 9.15am
Thursdays – 6.15pm
Fridays – 9.15am
(The duration of all classes are 45 minutes)
The 9-Pillar Programme
This 9-Pillar rotational programme created by us, is designed to keep you active whilst having fun and building Absolute Body Confidence. Each training session will be focused on one of the 9 key areas – The 9 Pillars. Each consecutive training day is a new pillar, up until day 10, when we start the Pillar rotation again.
Each pillar supports all of the other pillars, for instance without CORE stability, there is no POWER. Without CARDIO there is no CALORIE Burn.
Everybody has strengths in different areas, and at EMPOWER FITNESS we all support and encourage each other to improve on all areas of the training programme.
Reward and Recognition System
For each session you train in, you will get an attendance mark against the Pillar that was worked on in the class. For every time you complete all 9 Pillars this is called a Set. Every Set you achieve will contribute towards reaching the next band level as below;
1 Set = White Band
3 Sets = Yellow Band
5 Sets = Red Band
10 Sets = Orange Band
15 Sets = Green Band
20 Sets = Blue Band
25 Sets = Purple Band
30 Sets = Black Band
45 Sets = Black Band I
65 Sets = Black Band II
90 Sets = Black Band III
Bands are silicone wrist bands that you can wear with pride to show off your progression!
