The top level of Elite is where the real black belt training begins. The techniques become more flamboyant and the strength and conditioning develops to greater resistance and athletic movement patterns. We hope that the self-defense techniques we teach will never be needed by our students, however we make sure we develop the required skills just in case.

What happens if a student misses or doesn’t achieve their Stripe?
Not to worry, the 9th and 10th week of the curriculum is “Catch up Week.” Any Stripes a student may have missed or not quite achieved can be retested in Weeks 9 and 10 (a maximum of 3 stripes can be earned in these weeks and no more than 2 per class).
